Refined processing technologies and whole-life cycle economic analysis for the steel bridge pavement of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge

摘  要:港珠澳大桥主体工程钢桥面采用了浇筑式沥青铺装体系,参照了英国BS1447标准,该标准对集料提出了严苛的要求。为对标港珠澳大桥大型化、工厂化的建设理念,承包人采用"跨界"的创新理念,通过精益化加工技术,设立了世界一流的集料加工厂。通过分析集料精细化加工技术对港珠澳大桥桥面铺装质量的提升,结合钢桥面施工特点,论证如何解决港珠澳大桥桥面铺装集料及国内其他钢桥面集料分档的技术难题;同时对大桥全寿命的经济性分析表明,精细化加工的集料对提升桥面铺装的全寿命经济指标有较大的作用。The steel deck surfacing for the main bridge section of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge adopts a gussasphalt pavement system, and stringent requirements are posed on the aggregates, with reference to the BS1447 standard from the UK. In line with the project's construction philosophy of large-scale factory production,a pavement contractor borrowed ideas from other industries to innovate its aggregate production methods, establishing a world-class aggregate production factory with refined processing technologies. Through analyzing the improvement of refined aggregate processing technologies on the quality of HZMB pavement, combined with the construction characteristics of steel bridge surfacing, we demonstrated how to solve the technical problems of aggregate gradation for the HZMB and other domestic steel bridges; the analysis of the whole-life cycle economy also shows that refined aggregates can significantly improve the whole-life cycle economy index of the bridge pavement. It can provide a reference for subsequent projects.
