摘  要:关于防波堤堤心石级配设计,规范体系中尚无系统性指导原则和理论,实际工程中一般根据已有经验确定。以某深水防波堤工程为例,为解决当地石料小块石含量普遍较高、级配难以满足EPC合同中堤心石要求的难题,经调研后对堤心石倒率稳定、渗透性的级配要求进行了系统分析,结合防波堤不同部位的功能要求和施工安排拟定了堤心石优化方案。优化方案得到物模试验的验证,取得较好效益,可为类似项目提供参考。As for the grading design for quarry run of breakwater, there is no systematic guiding principle and theory in normative system, for most projects are based on existing experience. Taking a deepwater breakwater project as an example, due to the high small stone content of local quarry run, its gradation is difficult to meet the requirements of EPC contract, through the investigation, we systematically analyzed the gradation requirements of the stability and permeability of the quarry run inversion rate, and proposed the optimization design of quarry run based on the functional requirements for different part and construction arrangement. The optimization is verified by the psychical model test, and achieves economic benefit, which can provide reference for similar projects.
