摘 要:搅拌摩擦焊是当前焊接铝合金的主要焊接手段,而对流场的研究是搅拌摩擦焊研究的一个重要方向,对于研究搅拌摩擦焊原理及工艺有重要的意义。文章采用大型有限元分析软件Fluent对搅拌摩擦焊的流场进行三维建模及有限元分析,建立其流场模型,根据模拟结果观察焊缝区域金属流动形态及轨迹,为搅拌摩擦焊原理研究提供参考。Friction stir welding was the main means of welding of aluminum alloy and the research of the flow field was an important direction in the research of friction stir welding. The study of friction stir welding mechanism and process had an important significance. The article used large-scale finite element analysis software Fluent to perform 3 D modeling and finite element analysis in the flow field of friction stir welding. According to the result of simulation of weld metal flow pattern and track,we provided reference for the study of the mechanism of friction stir welding.
