摘　　要：供给侧改革不仅为当前经济的发展指明了方向,同时要求政府职能做出相应转变。供给侧改革要求政府进一步规范权力,优化公共服务,以市场为导向进行转变,分析政府职能转变的原因,针对政府职能存在的问题、为全面深化改革要达到的目标提出优化政府职能的策略。The supply - side reform does not only point out the direction for the development of the current economy reform, but also requires governments to change their corresponding functions. The reform demands the governments to further standardize their powers and to optimize the public service and to make a market - oriented transformation. This paper analyzes the reason of their functional changes and then puts forward strategies to optimize the government＇s functions in order to solve the existing problems and to achieve the goals by comprehensive reform.
