摘  要:为解决低成本平台下的水表码字识别问题,利用对Flash的读写操作弥补RAM空间的不足。同时利用摄像头安装位置固定、字符图像大小也基本固定等先验知识,结合分块处理以及滑动模板匹配算法,有效解决了资源有限情况下算法效率提高的问题。实验结果表明,该方法在低成本平台上能够有效运行,有利于智能水表的推广。In order to solve the problem of watermark code recognition in low-cost platform,this paper makes use of the read and write operation of Flash to make up for the shortage of ram space.At the same time,we employ the prior knowledge of fixed position of the camera and the character images which are basically fixed to combine with block processing as well as sliding template matching algorithm to effectively solve the problem of how to improve the efficiency of the algorithm under the condition of limited resources.From the experimental results,the methods mentioned in this paper is proved to operate effectively on the lowcost platform,which is good for the popularization of smart meters.
