纯棉布和一次性无纺布治疗巾的成本分析对比

摘　　要：目的:通过对纯棉布治疗巾和一次性无纺布治疗巾进行成本分析,选出一种价格合理、成本低、适合于医院临床使用的治疗巾,以降低医院成本,合理利用资源。方法:对单包纯棉布治疗巾和一次性无纺布治疗巾进行成本分析,同时也对我院2017年总使用量为49 185包的纯棉治疗巾和与之数量相同的一次性无纺布治疗巾的成本进行比较和分析。结果:单包一次性无纺布治疗巾的成本比纯棉布治疗巾低2.50元/包,使用一次洗无纺布治疗巾每包可节约成本2.50元。2017年全院共使用纯棉布治疗巾49 185包,成本比一次性无纺布治疗巾高出122 962.50元,使用一次性无纺布治疗巾每年可节约成本122 962.50元。结论:无纺布不落絮、保存时间长、阻菌效果优于纯棉布治疗巾,而且一次性无纺布治疗巾节省材料、清洗、人力成本。使用一次性无纺布治疗巾的成本低于反复使用的纯棉布治疗巾,建议使用一次性无纺布治疗巾。Objective：To make cost analysis comparision of the use of pure cotton treatment towel and disposable nonwoven treatment towel,we can choose a sort of treatment towel which is reasonably priced,low-cost and suitable for clinical use in hospital to reduce the cost of the hospital and make use of resource reasonably.Methods：Cost analysis of single cotton cloth treatment towel and disposable non-woven towel was made.At the same time,we compared and analyzed the cotton towels used in our hospital in 2017 whose total usage was 49 185 packages and disposable non-woven cloth towels with the same number as the former.Results：The cost of a single-package disposable non-woven treatment towel was 2.50 RMB per package less than the cost of a cotton cloth treatment towel and using disposable non-woven towel can save the cost which was 2.50 RMB per package.Therefore,in 2017,the use of pure cotton treatment towel in the hospital was 49 185 packages,whose cost was 122 962.50 RMB more than disposable non-woven cloth towels.Using disposable non-woven towel can save 122 962.50 RMB annually.Conclusion：The non-woven fabric has the characteristics of no flocculation,long storage time and antibacterial effect,which are superior to the cotton cloth treatment towel.Not only that,but disposable nonwoven towel saves material,cleaning and labor costs.The cost of using a disposable non-woven treatment towel is lower than that of repeated use of a cotton cloth treatment towel.Therefore,it is recommended to use a disposable non-woven treatment towel.
