摘　　要：践行十九大精神成为推进大学生思想道德建设的行动指南,以吉林化工学院材料科学与工程学院为例,提出以"五心"观念引领"四化"行动,实施"五心四化"工程。以具体创新活动载体诠释"把思想道德建设融入大学四年实现全程化、让全体教师参与到育人环节实现全员化、提高服务的科学化水平实现专业化、利用媒体融合与数据分析实现网络化"的方法论,展示工程实施的成效及启示,丰富了相关理论和实践成果,具有推广意义。Practice of major spirits of the 19 thParty Congress has become the guide of promoting college students＇ ideological and moral construction,the concept of＂five cores＂leading the action of＂Four Hua＂was put forward on the basis of the practice in Materials Science and Engineering School of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology. This research,with the specific innovative activities as carriers,interprets the methodology of ＂Four Hua ＂： to integrate ideological and moral construction into four years of education and realize whole-process-involvement,to require the teachers＇ participation of the students＇ education and realize wholestaff-participation,to raise the service level and achieve professionalization and to use the media convergence in realizing network-assisted education. The practice displays implementation effect of engineering education and the enlightenment and it enriches the relevant achievements of theory and practice,which is of significance to promotion.
