摘  要:针对可再生能源发电并网的随机性和波动性问题,结合负荷率的变化情况,提出了一种计及可再生能源发电和需求侧响应的配电网实时销售电价定价策略。首先将电价分为基础电价和浮动电价2个部分,基础电价取为固定值。依据短时负荷预测、风电出力预测、光伏出力预测,采用单向梯度法制定实时可再生能源浮动电价;根据需求侧响应曲线的特征,考虑用户价格弹性系数,建立价格弹性矩阵,调动需求侧响应,制定负荷浮动电价。最后,通过实际算例进行分析验证,结果表明该定价策略能够有效地削峰填谷,并且降低用户购电成本,有利于调动用户参与需求侧响应的积极性。In allusion to problems of randomness and fluctuation of power generation and grid-connection of renewable ener- gy, the paper presents a kind of pricing strategy for real-time sales price of the power distribution network considering re- newable energy power generation and demand side response. It firstly divides electricity price into the basic electricity price which is valued as the fix value and the floating electricity price. Then according to short time load prediction, wind power output prediction and photovoltaic output prediction, it uses the one-way gradient method to formulate the real-time floating electricity price of renewable energy. According to features of demand-side response curves, it considers users' price elastic coefficient, builds the elastic matrix, transfers demand-side response and formulates floating electricity price of load. Final- ly, it makes analysis based on actual examples. Corresponding results indicate this pricing strategy can effectively realize peak load shifting and reduce electricity purchasing cost. Meanwhile, this strategy is beneficial to arouse users' enthusiasm in participating in demand-side response.
