摘  要:利用分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)的无功功率与传统无功优化策略相结合的方法,对接有电动汽车(electric vehicles,EV)和储能装置(energy storage system,ESS)的配电系统进行无功电压协调优化,充分利用ESS来提高新能源发电的消纳能力,平抑电压偏差。考虑DG、EV的随机性,利用点估计法进行随机潮流(probabilistic load flow,PLF)计算,建立以节点电压期望平均偏差和网损期望最小为目标的配电网无功电压协调优化模型,采用动物迁徙算法(animal migration algorithm,AMA)求解多目标优化模型,求得一组非劣解集供决策者根据需要进行选择,最后以IEEE33节点系统为例进行仿真分析,并与粒子群算法进行比较,验证模型和算法的有效性。By using the method combining the optimization strategies for reactive power of distributed generation (DG) and traditional reactive power, this paper discusses coordination and optimization for reactive power voltage of the power distri- bution network with electric vehicles (EVs) and energy storage system (ESS), and analyzes effect of ESS in improving ab- sorption ability of new energy generation and stabilizing voltage deviation. Considering randomness of DG and EV, it uses the point estimation method for probabilistic load flow (PLF) calculation and establishment of the coordination and optimi- zation model of reactive power of the power distribution network aiming at average deviation of node voltage expectation and the minimum of network loss expectation. It also adopts the animal migration optimization (AMO) method to solve the multi-objective optimization model and acquire a group of noninferior solution set for decision-makers choosing. Finally, it makes use of IEEE 33 node system for simulating analysis and compares with particle swarm algorithm so as to verify effec- tiveness of the model and the accepted algorithm.
