摘 要:基于驱动力-压力-状态-响应(driving forces-pressure-state-response,DPSR)模型提出了有效的工业用户用电能效评价指标体系,包括4个一级指标和22个次要指标,使用直觉模糊(intuitionistic fuzzy,IF)、专家意见集结和基于平均解距离评价(evaluation based on distance from average solution,EDAS)模型计算每个指标的权重并评价用户用电能效水平。多维度指标体系可以揭示用户内部和外部环境造成的用户用电驱动力、压力和状态的完整因果链,并最终采取响应措施。最后,应用实际算例分析验证了该指标体系和评价方法的可行性。This paper presents an effective energy efficiency evaluation index system for electricity consumption of industrial users based on the driving-forces-pressure-state-response (DPSR) model which includes four first-level indicators and 22 sec- ondary indicators. It uses intuitionistic fuzzy (IF), expert advice aggregation and evaluation based on distance from average solution model to calculate weights of indicators and evaluate energy efficiency level of electricity consumption. It points out the multi-dimensional index system can reveal the complete causal chain of driving force, pressure and state of electricity consumption of users caused by internal and external environment and take response action finally. It uses actual examples to analyze and verify feasibility of this index system and evaluation method.
