摘 要:盐胁迫影响玉米(Zea mays L.)生理代谢,限制植株生长发育,造成产量及品质下降。试验测定盐胁迫下油菜素内酯(BRs)对玉米幼苗抗氧化酶系统、渗透调节物质、光合能力及内源激素含量影响。结果表明,外源BRs施用显著缓解盐胁迫对玉米幼苗生理损伤,提高植株光合能力,调节内源激素含量,促进幼苗生长。Salt stress will affect the physiological metabolism of maize, and limit the growth and development of maize, resulting in the decline of yield and quality. This experiment determined the effects of brassinosteroids (BRs) on the antioxidant enzyme system, osmotic adjustment substances, photosynthetic capacity and endogenous hormone contents of maize seedlings under salt stress. The results showed that the application of exogenous BRs could significantly alleviate the physiological damage of maize seedlings under salt stress, increase the photosynthetic capacity of plants, regulate the contents of endogenous hormones, and promote the growth of seedlings.
