国产二氧化钛在腈纶生产应用中的问题浅析

摘　　要：对进口和国产不同批次的二氧化钛(TiO_2)进行高剪切模拟试验,测试表征了粒径、分散稳定性和热性能等指标。结果表明:不同批次国产TiO_2质量存在较大差异,在表面处理方面国产TiO_2存在调配时出现较多气泡、在使用过程中易产生团聚等较大问题,需要进行改进才能够满足生产需要。A series of tests and characterizations of high-shearing simulations,particle size,dispersion stability and thermal properties were conducted on imported and domestically produced titanium dioxide（TiO_2） of different batches.The results show that there are great differences in the quality of domestic produced TiO_2 in different batches.There are many bubbles generated when allocating Domestic TiO_2 in the surface treatment process;and it is prone to have agglomeration and other problems in the process of use.It needs to be improved to meet production needs.
