摘　　要：从延迟焦化装置的原料性质、工艺操作条件、加热炉烧焦工艺等方面分析影响进料辐射炉长周期运行的主要因素,结合延迟焦化装置的实际运行情况,提出了保证焦化辐射炉长周期运行的方法和具体应对措施。The main factors affecting the long-term operation of feed radiant furnaces are analyzed from the raw material properties,process operating conditions,and the char burn process of delayed cokers.Combined with the actual operation of delayed cokers,the method and effective countermeasures for ensuring the long-term operation of coking radiator are presented and improvements are proposed.
