2型糖尿病心身相关的临床特点及代谢内分泌功能的变化

摘　　要：目的:分析2型糖尿病心身相关的临床特点及代谢内分泌功能变化。方法:收治糖尿病患者144例,分为A组(1型糖尿病)和B组(2型糖尿病),选择健康志愿者72例为对照组,比较3组临床资料。结果:A、B两组心境状况评分均低于对照组,其中B组的心境总分最低(P<0.05);A、B两组血清中INS、ACTH含量高于对照组,而FPG、GLU含量低于对照组,B组的GLU、FPG含量高于A组(P<0.05);A、B两组INS、ACTH含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者通常伴有较为严重的负面情绪,心境评分较低,内分泌代谢紊乱较为严重,尤其是血清中FPG含量,在临床治疗监护上应该对症下药,并对其心理进行疏导。Objective：To explore the psychosomatic related clinical characteristics of type 2 diabetes and the changes of metabolism and endocrine function.Methods：144 patients with diabetes were chosen.They were divided into the A group（type 1 diabetes） and the B group（type 2 diabetes）,and 72 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.We compared the clinical data of the 3 groups.Results：The scores of mood states in A and B group were lower than those in the control group,and the total score of mood in B group was the lowest（P〈0.05）.In A and B group,the levels of INS and ACTH in serum were higher than those in the control group,while the contents of FPG and GLU were lower than those in the control group,the levels of GLU and FPG in B group were higher than those in A group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the content of INS and ACTH between A and B group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Type 2 diabetes was usually accompanied by more serious negative emotions;the mood score was low;endocrine and metabolic disorders were more serious,in particular,the content of FPG in the serum.In clinical treatment and monitoring,we should deal with the symptoms and carry out psychological counseling.
