葛根素注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨葛根素注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:收治糖尿病周围神经病变患者200例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组在控制血糖、合理饮食基础上采用维生素B_1和维生素B_6治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用葛根素注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组正中神经和腓神经运动神经传导速度(MNCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)明显高于对照组(P<0.05),空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:葛根素注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。Objective：To explore the efficacy of puerarin injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods：100 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with Vit B1 and Vit B6 on the basis of controlling blood sugar and rational diet.The observation group was treated with puerarin injection on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment,the motor nerve conduction velocity（MNCV） and sensory nerve conduction velocity（SNCV） of the median and peroneal nerve in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy of puerarin injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy was significant.
