阴式子宫全切除术治疗子宫脱垂6例临床体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨阴式子宫全切除术治疗子宫脱垂患者的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析子宫脱垂患者6例的临床资料,总结阴式子宫全切除术治疗子宫脱垂的疗效。结果:6例患者术中平均出血量75 mL,平均手术时间80 min,平均住院时间8 d,而且患者手术后未出现并发症。结论:阴式子宫全切除术治疗子宫脱垂临床疗效较好,可以有效缓解和改善患者的临床症状。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of patients with uterine prolapse.Methods：The clinical data of 6 cases of patients with uterine prolapse were analyzed retrospectively,and the clinical effect of vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine prolapse was summarized.Results：The average blood loss in 6 cases of patients was 75 mL;the average operative time was 80 min;the average hospitalization time was 8 d;no complications occurred after operation.Conclusion：Vaginal hysterectomy was effective in the treatment of uterine prolapse,and it could alleviate and improve the clinical symptoms of patients effectively.
