摘　　要：目的:了解玉溪地区肥胖人群的中医体质分布情况。方法:运用中医体质量表对玉溪地区符合肥胖标准的1 000例人群进行体质调查。结果:纳入1 000例肥胖人员,男452例,女548例;汉族762例,彝族238例。18~29岁阶段10例,男4例,女6例;30~39岁阶段29例,男14例,女15例;40~49岁阶段396例,男194例,女202例;50~59岁阶段565例,男240例,女325例。结论:肥胖人员多见于中老年人群,女性多于男性,体质类型因性别、年龄、民族等有所差异。Objective：To understand the distribution of TCM constitution in obese population in Yuxi Area.Methods：Physical fitness survey was carried out on 1 000 people who met the obesity standard by physical quality scale in Yuxi Area.Results：Among the 1 000 obese patients,there were 452 males,548 females,762 Han nationality and 238 Yi nationality.At the age of 18 to 29,there were 10 cases in total,including 4 males and 6 females.At the age of 30 to 39,there were 29 cases in total,including 14 males and15 females.At the age of 40 to 49,there were 396 cases in total,including 1947 males and 202 females.At the age of 50 to 59,there were 565 cases in total,including 240 males and 325 females.Conclusion：Obese people were more common in middle-aged and elderly people,and women were more than men.There were differences in physical type due to gender,age and ethnicity.
