摘　　要：目的:探讨多维度护理干预对甲亢危象患者治疗效果的影响。方法:收治甲亢危象患者84例,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理方法,试验组在对照组基础上加用多维度护理干预方法,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在临床上,甲亢病是一种对患者危害很大的常见疾病,对患者应用多维度护理干预,能增强患者自我管理效能,减轻患者的症状、体征,提高患者的生活质量。Objective：To explore the influence of multidimensional nursing intervention on the treatment effect of patients with hyperthyroidism crisis.Methods：84 patients with hyperthyroidism crisis were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group added with multidimensional nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：The treatment effect in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In clinic,hyperthyroidism was a common disease which was very harmful to patients.Multidimensional nursing intervention can enhance patient self-management efficacy,relieve symptoms and signs and improve patients＇ quality of life.
