摘　　要：目的:探讨中医特色电话干预对直肠癌患者术后康复的影响。方法:收治行直肠癌根治术患者46例,分为观察组及对照组。对照组采用常规的电话干预方式,观察组采用中医特色电话干预,比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组排便规律情况、患者满意度和术后恢复效果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规电话干预基础上,运用中医辨证施护方法,能有效改善患者排便状况,提高患者生活质量和满意度。Objective：To explore the effect of telephone intervention with traditional Chinese medicine on postoperative rehabilitation of rectal cancer patients.Methods：46 patients with radical resection of rectal cancer were selected and they were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given conventional telephone intervention,and the observation group was given the telephone intervention of traditional Chinese medicine.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results：In the observation group,the regularity of defecation,patient satisfaction and postoperative recovery were obviously superior to those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：On the basis of conventional telephone intervention,the application of TCM syndrome differentiation method can effectively improve the patient＇s defecation and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of the patients.
