摘 要:针对传统调频引信受锯齿波信号线性度限制而造成锯齿波幅度范围小,导致发射信号带宽不足而影响测距精度的问题,提出了基于双阈值控制威尔逊恒流源的锯齿波发生器。该发生器通过双比较器和RS触发器组合得到可以控制恒流源通断的双阈值电压,完成电容的充放电控制。仿真计算结果表明,该电路最大可实现0~V_(cc)的线性幅度范围,并可在该范围内方便调节,且所消耗的成本、体积也均小于传统脉冲电压源型锯齿波产生方法。利用本文产生锯齿波方法可将调频引信的测距精度在现有基础上提高3倍。Aiming at the problem of short amplitude range of the sawtooth wave caused by the restriction of the linear degree of the sawtooth wave signal in the traditional FM fuze,which would affect the precision of distance measurement due to the lack of bandwidth of the transmitting signal.A sawtooth wave generator based on double threshold control of Wilson constant current source was proposed.The generator was combined by a dual comparator and a RS trigger and could get the double threshold voltage to control the constant current source,complete charge and discharge of capacitance.The simulation results showed that the circuit could achieve the maximum range of the linear range of 0~V_(CC),and could be easily adjusted in this range.The cost and volume were also less than the traditional one.Focus on this method the distance accuracy could be increased by 3 times.
