摘  要:本文中设计了基于转鼓试验台的排气辅助制动装置制动性能测试系统并用于对其性能进行评价。首先,分析了在转鼓试验台上进行排气辅助制动性能测试的可行性,并构建了以cRIO控制器及其C模块为核心的测试系统。接着,基于Lab VIEW对数据采集器和上位机进行编程,实时可靠地实现数据采集、处理、通信和人机交互等功能。然后,进行了测试与评价方法的分析,提出以排气辅助制动系统对缓速效果的贡献度、制动功率和下长坡稳定行驶里程3个指标对排气辅助制动性能进行综合评价。最后,进行了系统的实车试验,结果表明设计的测试系统工作可靠,满足既定要求,所提出的测试与评价方法有效可行。A braking performance test system based on chassis dynamometer for exhaust assistant braking device is designed and used to evaluate its related performance in this paper. Firstly,the feasibility of the exhaust assistant braking performance test on chassis dynamometer is analyzed,and the test system with CompactRIO controller and its C modules as its core is constructed. Then the data collector and upper computer are programmed based on Lab VIEW,and the functions of data collection,processing,communication and human-machine interaction are realized real time and reliably. Next,the methods of testing and evaluation are analyzed with three indicators,i.e. the degree of contribution of exhaust assistant braking system to retarding effects,braking power and the stable driving mileage in long downhilling,taken to comprehensively evaluate the performance of exhaust assistant braking. Finally a real vehicle test is conducted on exhaust assistant braking system with a result showing that the testing system designed works reliably,meeting the requirements set,and the methods of testing and evaluation proposed are effective and feasible.
