摘  要:目前X厂在生产过程中各生产环节的实时能源利用情况及能损情况没有明确的定量分析,针对X厂300MWCFB机组,绘制能流系统监测画面、借助现场DCS和辅网数据建立实时能流数据系统;运用Xdcnet软件进行在线能流运算分析系统的软件模块集成设计,采用新华软件组态方式进行系统平台编程,搭建逻辑组态,最终实现了X厂300MWCFB机组进行在线能流图系统的开发及应用,极大地丰富了电厂能源监视及能损分析的手段,提高了电厂能效指标分析的效率和准确性。At present, there is no clear quantitative analysis of the real-time energy utilization and energy loss of X plant in the production process. This article is aimed at 300 MWCFB unit in one factory by drawing energy flow system monitoring screen. The real-time energy flow data system is established with the help of DCS and auxiliary network data. Using Xdcnet software is used to carry out the software module integration design of the online energy flow analysis system. The system platform is programmed by Xinhua software configuration, and the logic configuration is built. Finally, the development and application of the on-line energy flow chart system of the plant 300 MWCFB unit is realized. It greatly enriches the energy monitoring and energy loss analysis of power plant, and improves efficiency and accuracy of energy efficiency index analysis.
