摘  要:为了提高华润常熟电厂引进型超临界600 MW汽轮机运行的经济性,解决机组热耗偏高、缸效率低的问题,采用东方自主研发的第三代高效冲动式汽轮机通流技术,结合提升主蒸汽参数、进排汽流道优化和汽封结构优化等措施对该机型进行提效改造。热力性能考核试验结果表明,提效改造后汽轮机的各缸效率和热耗等经济性指标优于设计值,达到了国内先进水平。In order to improve the operation economy of imported supercritical 600 MW steam turbine in Changshu Power Plant,and to solve the problems of high heat consumption and low cylinder efficiency, the third generation high-efficiency impulse turbine flow passage technology devevloped by DEC was adopted. Combined with the main steam parameters, inlet and exhaust steam channel optimization and steam seal structure optimization measures to improve the efficiency of the model. The results of thermal performance test showed that the efficiency and heat consumption of steam turbine were superior to the design value and reach the advanced level in China.
