摘 要:分瓣压制成型再拼焊的这种方式生产的导流环和理想设计状态存在着一定的偏差,文章对这种偏差所引起的排汽缸气动性能的变化进行了详细的计算分析。首先分析了拼焊弧段数(不考虑焊缝余高)和焊缝数量(仅考虑焊缝余高)对简化排汽缸模型气动性能的影响,然后针对某工程实际应用的排汽缸在假想的不同拼焊方式下的实际气动性能进行了验证计算。其研究成果可以为低压排汽缸导流环的设计和制造提供参考。There are some differences between the finished diffuser ring produced by stamping, cutting and butt welding and the ideal one. The changes in the aerodynamic performance of low pressure exhaust hood(LPEH) stemmed from those differences are calculated and analyzed in detail in the paper. The influence of the numbers of segments(without consideration of weld reinforcement) and numbers of weld seams( only consideration of weld reinforcement) to the performance of simplified exhaust hood are firstly studied, and then performance for an exhaust hood in real engineering with imaginary different cutting and welding is calculated. The results in the paper can be referenced in designing and manufacturing the diffuser rings.
