摘  要:文章通过焊接试验,焊接数字化模拟,焊接过程控制等方式进行了焊接工艺优化,解决了核级超低碳奥氏体不锈钢矩形管的焊接变形问题。该类产品也是公司首次承担,本次工艺技术攻关为相关产品的制造做好了技术储备。In this paper, the welding process was optimized by welding test, welding digital simulation and welding process control.The problem of welding deformation of nuclear grade ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel rectangular tube was solved. This product was the first time that the company undertook, the process of technological research had made the technical reserves for the related products manufacture.
