摘　　要：目的:探讨以间质性病变为主的肺孢子菌肺炎(PJP)的HRCT表现特征,提高此类型PJP的认识。方法:回顾性分析经临床诊断的18例AIDS合并肺孢子菌肺炎的影像学资料,所有患者HRCT以间质改变为主,总结其影像学表现及特征。结果:间质型PJP以双肺弥漫、对称分布为主,间质病变以间隔间质增粗最常见,常伴有周围间质增粗,而中轴间质较少累及。结论:以肺间质改变为主的肺孢子菌肺炎HRCT表现具有一定特征性,有助于早期诊断。Objective：To investigate the HRCT characteristics of Pneumocystis jirovecii Pneumonia with predominate pulmonary interstitial lesions so as to improve the understanding of this type of diseases.Methods：The imaging data of 18 patients with clinically diagnosed Pneumocystis jirovecii Pneumonia with AIDS were retrospectively analyzed,predominate pulmonary interstitial lesions were the main HRCT characteristics,and the imaging characteristics were summarized,there HRCT characteristics were studied.Results：Interstitial lesions were mainly diffuse and symmetrical in both lungs（74%）.According to the type of interstitium involved,septal interstitial thickening,peripheral interstitial thickening and axial interstitial thickening were found in 100%,35%and 17%respectively.Conclusion：Pneumocystis jirovecii Pneumonia with predominate pulmonary interstitial lesions show certain characteristic manifestations on HRCT,these are helpful for early diagnosis.
