摘　　要：油橄榄是全球范围内重要的木本油料树种,其果榨油"橄榄油"经济价值高,被誉为"植物油皇后"。笔者针对湖北省油橄榄生产现状,分析了当前油橄榄产业中的问题,提出了相应的建议,为湖北省油橄榄产业进一步发展提供依据。Olea europaeais an important economic tree in the world,The oil was extracted of olive trees,which has high economic value and was known as＂Queen of vegetable oil＂.On the bases of the current situation of olive in Hubei Province,the authors analyze the existing problems in the olive industry and also put forward the corresponding suggestions,which provide basis for the further development of the olive industry.
