摘  要:以镁碱部分代替钠碱用于化机浆高浓过氧化氢漂白。通过实验室小试和制浆车间中试对比了钠碱和镁碱对成浆指标、制浆废水电导率的影响。结果表明:以氢氧化镁代替氢氧化钠作碱源,成浆白度相当,吨浆电耗、双氧水单耗略有增加;成浆手抄片抗张指数略有提高,松厚度明显提高,撕裂指数略有降低;制浆废水电导率和COD分别降低15%和10%。Sodium hydroxide can be partly replaced by magnesium oxide in chemi-mechanical pulp bleaching through high-consistency hydrogen peroxide. Through trial tests in both laboratory and plant, comparison between the influence of sodium hydroxide and magnesium oxide was conducted in this paper from pulp properties and waste water conductivity. The results showed that replacing sodium hydroxide by magnesium hydroxide cannot influence pulp brightness. But it could bring about slight increase in power and hydrogen peroxide consumption, improvement of tensile index of pulp sheets, obvious optimization of sheet bulkness, slight reduction of tearing index, and reduction of waste water conductivity and COD by 15% and 10% respectively.
