摘 要:采用磷光染料Ir(piq)_3、Ir(ppy)_3和Firpic作为发光染料,制备了低效率滚降、色稳定的多发光层结构白色有机磷光电致发光器件(WOLED).器件的最大电流效率为9.3 cd/A,最大发光亮度为13 380 cd/m^2.当发光亮度增至5 000 cd/m^2时,器件的电流效率为8.7 cd/A,效率仅滚降7.5%.低效率滚降主要源于激子分布区域较宽并且激子被有效限制在发光层.发光亮度从1 144 cd/m^2增加至9 135 cd/m^2,其发光色坐标从(0.366,0.411)变化至(0.365,0.404),变化量仅为(0.001,0.006),为色坐标稳定的白光发射.White phosphorescent organic light-emitting diode( WOLED) with low efficiency roll-off and color stability was prepared by incorporating Ir( piq)3,Ir( ppy)3 and Firpic as phosphorescent emitters. The maximum current efficiency and maximum brightness of the WOLED was 9. 3 cd/A and 13 380 cd/m2,respectively. From the brightness at maximum current efficiency to high brightness of 5 000 cd/m2,WOLED’s current efficiency was 8. 7 cd/A,which efficiency low roll-off was only 7. 5%. The low efficiency roll-off of the WOLED was due to the extended excitons distribution zone and the excitons confined efficiently in emission layers. When the brightness of the WOLED increased from 1 144 to 9 135 cd/m2,the Commission Internationale de L ’Eclairage( CIE) coordinates varied from( 0. 366,0. 411) to( 0. 365,0. 404),which only changed( 0. 001,0. 006).
