摘  要:温度是影响微生物新陈代谢的重要因素之一,它不仅对微生物的生存及筛选竟争有影响,而且对生化反应速度的影响也极显著.为了维持生物处理系统的高效能,其内部微生物的代谢活动必须在适宜的温度范围内进行,超出温度范围将影响微生物代谢活动,进而影响生化反应进程.本文从不同温度条件下对除磷效果进行分析总结,温度在15~20℃时,系统中的聚磷菌(PAO)为优势菌种并且除磷效率最高;温度在30℃以上,系统中聚糖菌(GAO)为优势菌种,导致除磷效果急剧下降甚至崩溃.Temperature was one of the important factors that affect microbial metabolism. It not only had an effect on survival and screening of microorganisms but also had a significant effect on the speed of biochemical reaction. In order to maintain the high-efficiency performance of biological treatment system,the metabolic activity of microorganisms in the biological treatment system must be carried out within the proper temperature range,and beyond the temperature range would affect the metabolic activity of microorganisms,and then affect the biochemical reaction process. In this paper,the effect of phosphorus removal under different temperature conditions was analysed and summarized,when the temperature was 15 ℃ ~ 20 ℃,the system of phosphorus accumulating bacteria( PAO) as the dominant species and the highest phosphorus removal efficiency; The temperature was above 30 ℃,the system of phosphorus accumulating bacteria( GAO) as the dominant strain,resulting in a sharp decline in phosphorus removal and even collapse.
