摘　　要：根际促生菌是一类能够直接或间接促进植物生长的微生物,有利于植物吸收营养,也可以防止致病微生物的攻击、帮助建立共生根瘤菌或菌根。本文从根际促生菌的种类、作用机制及研究状况3个方面对植物根际促生菌进行了综述,以期为根际促生菌的研究提供参考。Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria is a kind of microorganism that can promote plant growth directly or indirectly,which not only is in favor of helping plants absorb nutrition,but also can prevent the attack of pathogenic microorganisms and help the establishment of symbiotic rhizobia and mycorrhiza. In this paper,the types,mechanism and research status of rhizosphere bacteria were reviewed,so as to provide references for the study of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria.
