摘　　要：目的观察超激光照射对糖尿病足足背动脉、胫后动脉血流参数的影响。方法选择40例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,利用抽签法随机分为观察组与对照组,各20例。对照组采用常规扩张血管药物治疗,观察组在此基础上使用超激光照射治疗。比较两组治疗前后足背动脉及胫后动脉收缩期峰值最大血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期最低血流速度(EDV)、血流量、阻力指数及狭窄度。结果观察组治疗后足背动脉及胫后动脉PSV、EDV、血流量、阻力指数及狭窄度各超声参数较对照组明显改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超激光照射可改善糖尿病足患者足背动脉、胫后动脉血流参数和血流通畅度,改善患肢血运。Objective To observe the effect of ultraintense laser irradiation on blood flow parameters of dorsalis pedis and arteriae tibialis posterior in the patients with diabetic foot. Methods Forty patients with diabetic foot were enrolled and were randomly divided into observation group and control group by drawing lots, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was administered the conventional vasodilator, the observation group received the ultraintense laser irradiation on the basis of conventional vasodilator. The parameters of dorsalis pedis and arteriae tibialis posterior were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, including peak systolic blood flow velocity （PSV）, end-diastolic minimal blood flow velocity （EDV）, blood flow volume, resistance index and stenosis degree. Results After treatment, the PSV, EDV, blood flow volume, resistance index and stenosis degree of dorsalis pedis and arteriae tibialis posterior were improved in the observation group compared to the control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Ultraintense laser irradiation can improve the blood flow parameters of dorsalis pedis and arteriae tibialis posterior, and the blood supply of the affected limbs in the patients with diabetic foot.
