摘　　要：2017年美国重症医学会(SCCM)与欧洲重症医学会(ESICM)颁布了脓毒症2016年最新指南。该指南对2012年的指南进行了更新,提出了更加精细、准确、有效的诊疗方案。本文对该指南带来的新启示和思考进行阐述,以提高重症医学医生对脓毒症指南的认识和临床实践。In 2017, the American Society of Critical Care Medicine （SCCM） and European Society Intensive Care Medicine （ESICM） issued the latest guidelines for sepsis in 2016. The guide updated the guidelines of 2012 and proposed more precise, accurate and effective diagnosis and treatment program. This article elaborated the new enlightenment and thinking of the guide in order to improve the understanding and clinical practice of the sepsis guidelines for the intensive medical doctors.
