摘  要:介绍复合相变换热技术特点,并对裂解炉应用该技术与增加对流段进行技术特点对比。阐述其在乙烯装置裂解炉改造过程中的应用情况。结果表明,在防止低温腐蚀的前提下,能有效地降低裂解炉排烟温度,提高裂解炉热效率。Characteristics of the compound phase transition heat exchange technology were described ; technology features of the above - mentioned heat exchange technology and the addi- tion of convective segment were compared. Application situation of the compound phase transi- tion heat exchange technology in the revamp on the ethylene cracking furnace was described. The results showed that the discharge smoke temperature could be effectively cut down and heat efficiency of the cracking furnace could be increased under the condition of prevention of the low temperature corrosion.
