摘　　要：为提高苯乙烯产品质量、装置产能及生产盈利能力,消除乙苯/苯乙烯塔的瓶颈,对其进行升级改造,改造后进行工艺操作优化,产品质量达到优级品指标,同时降本增效显著,获得较好的经济效益和社会效益。In order to raise product quality, unit capacity and production profitability of the styrene and eliminate bottleneek on the ethylbenzene/styrene tower, upgrade revamp was exeeu- ted on the unit, process operation was optimized after the revamp. Premium grade index of the product quality was reached; cost reducing and benefit increasing were obvious, which obtained good eeonomie and soeial benefit.
