小本体聚丙烯单釜产量低原因分析及对策

摘　　要：分析了某小本体聚丙烯装置单釜产量低的原因,指出了影响单釜产量的主要因素为原辅材料质量、"两剂"加入量搭配、工艺控制等,采取了加强原材料精制、合理搭配"两剂"量、优化工艺操作等改进措施,达到了预期效果。Reasons for the low output of some small bulk single autoclave polypropylene were analyzed. The main factors affecting the yield of single autoclave were found, such as the quality of raw and auxiliary materials, adding amount assignment of the two doses and process control and etc. Measures such as strengthening the refining of raw materials, reasonable assign- ment in amount of the two doses, optimizing the process operation and etc. were adopted; the desired result was obtained.
