摘 要:无线通信技术的迅猛发展使得对射频器件的要求更加苛刻。基片集成波导滤波器对传统矩形波导滤波器尺寸相对减小,但是在实际应用中仍然存在尺寸过大、通带选择性差等问题。因此,提出了一种加载F型电磁带隙的双层基片集成波导带通滤波器。双层基片集成波导滤波器有效减小了滤波器的尺寸,而加载具有阻波特性的F型电磁带隙结构则极大地提高了滤波器的通带选择性能和带外抑制性能。最后,采用基于有限元全波分析方法的高频电磁软件HFSS,设计了一款中心频率为24 GHz、相对带宽为40%的带通滤波器,进一步验证了其电磁特性。The rapid development of wireless communication technology always results in the strict requirement of RF devices, although as compared with the traditional rectangular waveguide filter, the substrate integrated waveguide(SIW) filter is relatively small, in practical application, there still exist problems in practical application like large size and low frequency-selectivity. Therefore, a double-layer bandpass filter loaded with F-shaped electromagnetic band gap is proposed. The whole size of the filter could be reduced efficiently by using double-layer structure and the frequency selectivity and out-of-band rejection is thus greatly improved by the loading of F-EBG with characteristic of band-stop. Finally, a bandpass SIW filter with the central frequency of 24 GHz and relative bandwidth of about 40% is designed by adopting HF electromagnetic software based on finite-element full-ware analysis method, and its electromagnetic characteristics are further verified.
