摘 要:为促进超高韧性水泥基复合材料(UHTCC)在组合结构中的应用,开展了型钢-UHTCC组合梁静载力学性能试验研究。同时与型钢-混凝土组合梁试件的荷载-挠度关系、抗弯承载力、裂缝开展、破坏形态以及型钢与两种水泥基材料的变形协调性进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:在UHTCC与混凝土轴心抗压强度基本一致的情况下,UHTCC与混凝土两种材料之间的变形能力差异导致两种组合梁的静载力学性能存在明显差异。与型钢-混凝土组合梁相比,型钢-UHTCC组合梁的跨中最大挠度是其2.26倍,整体性更佳;相同荷载条件下的裂缝宽度仅为其50%左右;抗弯承载力提高了6.4%;跨中截面应变更加符合平截面假定;UHTCC能够与钢材变形协调、共同工作。To promote the application of ultra-high toughness cementitious composites(UHTCC) in composite structures, research on mechanical performance of steel reinforced UHTCC(SRU) beams was carried out. The load-deflection relationship, the flexural capacity, the crack development, the failure mode and the deformation coordination of the steel and two kinds of cement-based materials were compared and analyzed with steel reinforced concrete(SRC) beams. The results indicated that at approximately same uniaxial compressive strength of UHTCC and concrete, the deformation capacity difference between UHTCC and concrete resulted in obvious mechanical performance differences between the two kinds of composite beams. The maximum deflection in midspan of the SRU beam with better integrity was 2.26 times of the SRC beam. The SRU beam crack width at the same load was only about 50% of the SRC beam. The SRU beam flexural capacity increased by 6.4% and the midspan cross-section strain was more in line with cross-section assumption. UHTCC can coordinate with the steel deformation and work together with steel.
