中西医护理干预在原发性痛经患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医护理干预在原发性痛经患者中的应用效果。方法:将96例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予中药研磨敷贴护理。比较2组干预前后血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、组织胺(HIS)、前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)水平及VAS评分、CMSS评分的变化情况。结果:血清5-HT、HIS、PGE_2水平干预前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VAS评分、CMSS评分干预前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医护理干预有助于减轻原发性痛经患者疼痛程度。Objective：To discuss the effects of nursing intervention of traditional Chinese and western medicine applied to the patients suffering primary dysmenorrhea. Methods：All 96 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 48 cases each group. The control group accepted routine care, and the observation group herbal grinding and application care based on routine care. The changes of CMSS scales, VAS scales, prostaglandin E2（PGE2）, histamine（HIS） and 5-hydroxytryptamine（5-HT） were compared before and after the intervention. Results：The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of 5-HT, HIS and PGE2 within two groups before and after the intervention（P〈0.05）; the difference was statistically significant in the comparisons between both groups after the intervention（P〈0.05）. There was a significant difference in the comparisons of VAS scales and CMSS scales within two groups before and after the intervention（P〈0.05）, the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after the interventions（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Nursing intervention of traditional Chinese and western medicine is helpful to alleviate the pain of the patients with primary dysmenorrehea.
