摘　　要：后TRIPS时代,知识产权强国绕开WTO多边体制,以自由贸易协定(FTA)为工具,不断提高知识产权的国际保护标准。在此背景下,分析自由贸易协定与知识产权保护的关联演进,深入比较各大经济体在自由贸易协定中的知识产权谈判模式,并以中国为视角,提出中国应对自由贸易协定知识产权谈判的策略,从国际知识产权环境、区域内成员国、区域外非成员国三个层面阐述自由贸易协定对知识产权保护环境的影响。In the post-TRIPS era,the developed countries circumvented the multilateral system of WTO and used the Free Trade Agreement（ FTA） as a tool to constantly push forward the international standards for the protection of intellectual property. Based on this background,this paper firstly analyzes the revolution of the relationship between free trade agreement and intellectual property protection,and further analyzes the intellectual property rights negotiation model of main economics in the FTA. Then,proposes the possible strategies for China to participate in the free trade agreement intellectual property negotiations and finally analyzes the influence of FTA on the international environment of intellectual property rights from three aspects.
