摘 要:自动目标识别是智能火控、自寻的导弹和地面无人系统的核心功能。以目标环境素材库为基础的目标识别感知实验与评价系统,作为算法筛选的择优平台和外场验收的补充手段,是整合地方科研力量算法开发优势和军工厂商工程化能力的必要条件,其建设将扭转目标环境素材数据缺失和数据管理混乱的局面,打破军民融合研发共用技术的数据获取门槛,增强装备在标准靶场以外复杂环境的作战能力。Automatic Target Recognition is the core functionality of intelligent fire control systems,homing missiles and unmanned ground systems.The experiment and evaluation system of target recognition,based on target and environment staff dataset,which serves as both preferential selection platform of algorithms and complementary method of acceptance field tests,is the prerequisite of integrating the social scientific manpower's advantage on algorithm development and the military manufacturer's engineering ability. The establishment of the system is able to reverse the situation of lacking target environment staff data and management confusion,break down the barrier of acquiring staff data in developing military and civilian shared technologies,and enhance combat capability of equipments in complex battlefield other than standard proving grounds.
