摘　　要：为构建互联网环境下高职学报提高质量的机制,利用数据统计、调研和文献分析法,发现学报质量现状反映了职业教育科研水平的不足,其根源在于职业教育学科成熟度不高.从学术期刊发挥科研引领作用的角度,学报要定位于内容生产的引领者,基于职业教育学科话语权构建与学报所依托的平台对称的高职学报评价体系,建设适应网络化学术交流模式的学报传播方式,建设学者型编辑人才队伍.In order to construct the mechanism of improving journal quality of higher vocational college,this paper found that journal quality reflected the high vocational college sciences research level by using statistics data and documentaries analyzing,and concluded the main cause is immaturity of high vocational education discipline. Finally,some strategies were proposed： journals should be the leader of content,and construct evaluation system and communication ways based on the constructing of vocational education discipline discourse power,and cultivate scholarized editors.
