摘　　要：通过公众问卷调查、专家访谈及结构方程模型,分析三门峡水库关中段、晋豫段、河南段公众和专家对三门峡水库综合效益的评价及地区差异,探讨三门峡水库的影响路径及其重要程度。结果表明:80.73%的公众认为三门峡水库的修建利大于弊,关中段、晋豫段和河南段公众认为利大于弊的比例分别为67.35%,79.46%,96.70%,访谈的7位专家一致认为三门峡水库的修建利大于弊;三门峡水库产生的不利影响主要发生在关中段;三门峡水库综合效益主要反映在社会、经济和生态环境效益上,对经济的影响最大,对生态环境的影响次之,对社会的影响最小。The study analyzed the comprehensive benefits of Sanmenxia reservoir and regional differences evaluated by the public and experts according to the survey data taken in Shaanxi,Shanxi-Henan and Henan section of the reservoir through questionnaire survey,expert interview and structural equation model methods. Besides,the paper also explored the influencing factors of Sanmenxia reservoir and their importance. The results show that80. 73% of the public believe that the Sanmenxia reservoir has more advantages than disadvantages,the proportion are 67. 35%,79. 46% and 96. 70% in Shaanxi,Shanxi-Henan and Henan section,all the seven interviewed experts agree that the Sanmenxia reservoir advantages outweighs disadvantages. The adverse effects of the Sanmenxia reservoir mainly occurred in Shaanxi section,the comprehensive benefits of Sanmenxia reservoir is mainly reflected in three aspects of society,economy and ecological environment,and the impact on economy is the largest,followed by the ecological environment and social impacts.
