摘 要:基于矿业城市各阶段的发展特征及相关专家打分,通过比较全国平均水平,从指标水平质量和增长速度两个层面,构建矿业城市转型阶段识别的指标体系和划分标准,并应用于2012—2015年吉林省15个矿业城市的案例分析。结果表明:识别体系可有效揭示不同类型和发展阶段的矿业城市转型阶段特征。吉林省15个矿业城市整体上处于"初始转型阶段向基本转型阶段"过渡时期,但资源依赖性特征依然突出,经济发展转型为主导,并引领社会发展、环境污染治理等方面的转型发展。Based on development characteristics of each stage of the mining city and the relative experts' scoring,this paper constructed the index system and the division standard of the transformation stage of the mining city by comparing the national average level from the horizontal quality and the growth rate aspects,and then used it to reveal the different resource types and different development stages of 15 mining cites in Jilin Province from 2012 to2015. The empirical results show that: firstly,the identification system is scientific and can effectively reveal the transition stage of mining cities in different types and stages of development; secondly,the 15 mining cities in Jilin Province,as a whole,are in the transition from primary transformation stage to basic transition stage,but the resource dependence characteristics is still prominent; the economic transformation development is the leader,which promote social development,environmental pollution control and other aspects of transformation development. It provides references for the development stage identification and policy formulation of mining cities.
