糖尿病患者低血糖防治教育材料的编制与应用

摘　　要：目的编制适合糖尿病患者低血糖防治的教育材料,旨在教育患者正确识别并合理预防、处理低血糖,以降低低血糖发生率。方法将450例糖尿病患者按住院时间分组,2016年1~3月为对照组(214例),2016年4~6月为观察组(236例),对照组按常规进行健康教育,观察组在常规健康教育基础上,采用自行设计的低血糖防治教育材料进行健康教育,低血糖防治教育材料由研究小组遵循健康素养及清晰沟通的原则设计,包含低血糖表现、处理、原因及预防。结果观察组低血糖防治知识知晓率显著高于对照组(均P<0.01),而低血糖发生率及复测血糖达标率无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。结论低血糖防治材料可以提高糖尿病患者低血糖防治知识,降低低血糖发生率,且方便医护人员用于低血糖的教育与管理。Objective To develop a suitable health education brochure of hypoglycemia prevention and treatment for diabetes patients,so as to teach patients to correctly identify and rationally prevent and deal with hypoglycemia,and to reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.Methods Totally 450 diabetes patients were divided into two groups chronologically,214 of them admitted from January to March in 2016 were regarded as a control group,and the other 236 patients admitted from April to June in 2016 were regarded as an observation group.The control group received routine health education,while the observation group received health education additionally utilizing the self-designed brochure on hypoglycemia prevention and treatment,which was designed by the research group based on the principle of health literacy and clear communication,including hypoglycemic manifestation,treatment,reason and prevention.Results The awareness rate of hypoglycemic prevention and treatment knowledge of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P0.01 for all）,while there were no significant differences in the incidence of hypoglycemia and the rate of normal blood glucose at later measurement（P0.05 for both）.Conclusion The hypoglycemia prevention and treatment brochure could improve diabetes patients′hypoglycemic prevention and treatment knowledge,decrease the incidence of hypoglycemia,and it is convenient for medical staff to use for hypoglycemia education and management.
