摘　　要：2016年中国气象局发布了新地面气象观测业务技术规定,对轻雾和霾的观测作了一些调整。文章结合新版规定和前向散射能见度仪,系统地整理了新规定下轻雾和霾的观测方法,介绍了应用新仪器确定水平有效能见度的方法,同时阐述了新规定下雾和霾的观测标准以及日数据文件霾的记录方法。In 2016,the China Meteorological Administration issued the new criterion of surface meteorological observation with several of adjustments for the observation of light fog and haze.Combined with the new criterion and forward scattering visibility meter,the observation methods of light fog and haze under the new regulations are systematically arranged.How to determine the horizontal effective visibility based on the new instrument is introduced.Meanwhile,the observation of light fog and haze and the recording methods of haze in day files according to the new criterion are elaborated.
