摘  要:数控机床在外载荷作用下的变形直接影响机床的加工精度,对数控车削中心进行了静刚度检测试验,多点测量获取了机床各测点在外载荷作用下的变形。静刚度试验为评价机床静刚度提供数据,并为改进预测及方案修改方法提供试验手段。同时,建立机床三维模型并利用有限元分析软件对数控车削中心实施模拟实际加工加载状态的静力学分析,分析机床各处的变形状况。对试验和有限元分析的结果进行对比,分析解析值与试验测量值之间存在误差的原因,为进一步机床结构方案改进设计提供理论和试验依据。The deformation of the CNC machine tool under the load directly affects the machining accuracy of the machine tool, The test of static stiffness of turning center is tan'led out, and the muhipoint measurement is used to obtain the deformation of the measuring points of the machine tool under the external load. The static stiffness experiment provides data for evaluating the static stiffness of machine tools, and provides experimental means for improving the method of prediction and scheme modification. At the same time, the 3D model of machine tool is established. The static analysis of the actual loading state is carried out by using the finite element analysis software, and the deformation state of the machine tool is analyzed. The results of experiment and finite element analysis are compared, and the reason for the en'or between the analytical value and the experimental value is analyzed, which provides a theoretical and experimental basis for further improvement of machine tool structure plan.
