摘　　要：通过对4850×1500×2双台板振动放矿机悬挂装置和振动台板失效的原因分析,提出了改进方法,即减小激振力,增加台面倾角。改进后延长了设备的使用寿命,也达到了节能降耗的目的。Based on the analysis of the cause of the failure of the 4850×1500×2 double plate vibration feeder and the vibration platen, an improved method was proposed, namely reducing the exciting force and increasing the inclination of the table. After the improvement, the service life of the equipment is extended, and the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption is achieved.
