摘 要:分析了轮速传感器等组成部件的工作原理以及主控制器XCl64CS的特性。选定XCl64CS作为主控单元,设计了符合煤矿斜井矿车实际情况的轮速传感器信号采集电路、电磁阀驱动电路等,并对设计使用的电路的性能进行了阐述和分析。对于驱动电路部分则采用了BTS6510和MC33289,鉴于这些芯片特有的性能,驱动电路部分结构简单,整体电路的性能比较可靠,成本较低,硬件部分达到了实现煤矿斜井矿车防抱死控制系统的效果。The working principle of wheel speed sensor and the characteristics of main controller XCl64 CS are analyzed in the paper. The XCl64 CS is selected as the main control unit,and the wheel speed sensor signal acquisition circuit and the solenoid valve driven circuit are designed to meet the actual performance of the truck in inclined shaft coal mine,and the performance of the designed circuit is described and analyzed. For the driving circuit part,BTS6510 and MC33289 are introduced. In view of the unique characteristics of these chips,the driving circuit is simple in structure and reliable in operation with less cost. The purpose of anti-lock braking system reached.
