摘  要:随着节能建筑的快速发展及建筑节能设计标准的日趋完善和提高,作为建筑外围护结构的关键能耗部位的门窗系统,其节能设计越来越受到人们的关注,节能门窗系统也得以快速发展和普遍应用;作为门窗节能的关键环节,节能中空玻璃的工艺及技术也日趋成熟。门窗中空玻璃应用的常见问题,如腔内起雾及室内侧结露等影响居住舒适度及门窗正常功能性的关键问题越来越为人们所重视。本文对这些问题的发生机理及各种实际应用工况条件进行分析,并对消除和预防这些问题的发生策略进行探讨,为大家能够更清晰地认识这些生活中常见现象提供参考。With the rapid development of energy efficiency(EE) buildings and the improvement of EE design standards in buildings. As the important energy consumption parts of external structures, EE design of doors and windows(DW) system has drawn more and more attention and the EE DW has experienced rapid development and become widely used. As the key of EE DW, the processing technology of insulating glass is becoming more mature. Common problems such as intracavity fogging and indoor condensation which affect living comfort and normal functions of DW have attracted more and more attention. This paper reviews the mechanism of problems and the practical operating conditions, explores the strategies for eliminating and preventing these problems, and offers a reference for people to have correct information about these common phenomenon.
